Includes; coaching advice for improving your swimming stroke, technique analysis, learn to swim front crawl, introduction to cold water swimming, improving your confidence in open water settings.

1-TO-1 COACHING

Free consultations (video or in-person) for 1-to-1 coaching to discuss available options and whether my coaching is the best choice for you.

£50 a month 

- An individual, periodised training plan focused on your goals

- A catch up each month (phone call, or in person if fits with our schedules) to check in on how the plan is working for you and make alterations where necessary

- Text updates and check ins during the month

- Work together to set long term, mid term and short term goals


£70 a month 

- An individual, periodised training plan focused on your goals

- Access to a 'metrics' sheet (which tracks your training, tiredness and stress levels, menstrual cycle if applicable etc)

- 2 phone calls a month to check in on how the training is going and balancing with daily life, along with text check ins / updates

- A discounted price for 'Introduction to Hill Rep Sessions' when they are back running again

- Work together to set long term, mid term and short term goals

- Mindset advice for race performance

Held around South Lakes Area. Mixed and For Women sessions available.
